Black Crickets Large 25-30mm

Black Crickets are hardy, cold-tolerant insects that can grow over 30mm in length. Available in a variety of sizes to cater to reptiles of different weights and stages of development, they range from Hatchlings (3mm) to Large (25-30mm). Specific sizes include 1st (5mm), 2nd (6-8mm), 3rd (8-10mm), 4th (12-18mm), and Standard (18-25mm).

Feed these crickets as part of a varied diet to any suitably sized reptile or amphibian. Use feeding tongs or place them into an appropriately sized feeding dish. Be sure to check and remove any uneaten live food a few hours after feeding. They are suitable for reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, and birds.

To ensure the health and longevity of Black Crickets, it is essential to keep them in good conditions. Packed in bran, maintain a regular temperature of approximately 60-65°F (15-18°C) and keep them away from bright light. For maximum shelf-life, transfer the crickets into a smooth-sided container with a vented lid and add a slice of potato to provide moisture. Proper supplementation should be given prior to feeding them to your reptile.
