Banded Brown Crickets 4th 12-14mm
Smaller than other cricket species, Banded Brown Crickets are excellent climbers and make a great meal or treat for most reptiles or amphibians.
Banded Brown Crickets are available in a variety of sizes to cater to reptiles of different weights and stages of development: Hatchlings (1-2mm), 1st (3mm), 2nd (6mm), 3rd (8mm), 4th (12-14mm), Standard (15-18mm), and Large (19-22mm).
Feed these crickets as part of a varied diet to any suitably sized reptile or amphibian. Use feeding tongs or place them into an appropriately sized feeding dish. Be sure to check and remove any uneaten live food a few hours after feeding.
These crickets are suitable for reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, and birds.
Care Instructions:
To ensure the health and longevity of Banded Brown Crickets, it is essential to keep them in good conditions. Packed in bran, maintain a regular temperature of approximately 70-75Β°F (21-24Β°C) and keep them away from bright light. For maximum shelf-life, transfer the crickets into a smooth-sided container with a vented lid and add a slice of potato or a piece of fruit to provide moisture. Proper supplementation should be given prior to feeding them to your reptile.
